Boris Johnson will tomorrow unveil his much-anticipated road map for easing lockdown restrictions in England. While the document will not commit the government to hard dates for reopening the economy and society it will nevertheless set out the earliest times at which relaxations may be possible depending on infection levels and vaccinations.
