Wrexham toddler hit by police vehicle in 20mph zone - BBC News

A two-year-old has been taken to hospital after being hit by a police vehicle in a 20mph zone.

The accident happened on Ffordd Llanerch, in Pen-y-Cae, Wrexham county, at about 15:30 BST on Friday.

North Wales Police asked people to stay away from the area while they investigated.

The force said the ambulance service attended and asked for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to get in touch.
